Keep your home well ventilated!
You can do this by having window vents opened at all times to allow the air to circulate well. Open up windows fully often to allow the fresh air to circulate.

Dehumidifiers!
You don’t need an expensive electric dehumidifier. Check your local home stores for inexpensive dehumidifiers that you can put around your home to pick up excess moisture.
What if I have found mould in my home?
You can clean away any mould you have found with water and a light detergent. There are mould cleaners available but washing up liquid will do as good a job. After cleaning, make sure to thoroughly dry and air the area as well as vacuuming to get any mould spores that may have escaped. Wear gloves and a mask to protect yourself while doing so.
If the problem persists, it’s best to contact a professional so as to ascertain where the source of the moisture is coming from.
