Notify A Repair

As your letting agents, we want you to feel safe in the knowledge that we will do our best to deal with any issues that may arise in a timely manner. For us to do so, the quicker you report any issues to us, the quicker we can find a resolution for you.

Upon receipt of this, we will advise you of what contractor we have given the job to and agree upon an appropriate time for repair that best suits. Access must be available at all appropriate working times for us to fulfil our promise to you. All times given are approximate due to the nature of the work.

Please note that some repairs will be you as the tenant’s responsibility to resolve. Please see the below guide for more information as to what is expected of you as a tenant before completing the repair notification form.

Tenant Responsibilities

Renting a property comes with a general degree of day to day housekeeping and maintenance as though you were the homeowner yourself. These can include:

  • Keeping the property clean

  • Unblocking of sinks/ toilets

  • Keeping drains free of blockages

  • Maintaining condensation and ensuring property is aired out

  • Replacing lightbulbs, batteries, etc

  • Ensuring smoke detectors, heat and CO alarms are in working order

  • Topping up boiler pressure

    If you do have any issues, we can advise of first level resolutions without having to have anyone access your property.
